• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing warehouse or logistics operations • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or energy-related environments • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational improvements • Proven people leadership skills with a strong focus on safety, engagement, and development
