Essential Functions

• Conduct line audits to ensure quality of operations • Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure patient safety • Ability to work a split shift to audit both 1st and 2nd shift operations • Partner with IC daily to identify and correct item setup issues and slotting opportunities • Attend Safety Task Force meetings and become trained as an Emergency Response Member • Additional tasks regarding safety and physical security and compliance when needed (i.e. LP awareness, reporting/recordkeeping, contractor escorts, etc.) • Overtime demands: seasonal and heavy promotional times require overtime regularly, up to and including weekends

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately • Knowledge of basic mathematics • Ability to operate WMS, Microsoft Office, calculator, and other office equipment • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally • Ability to work overtime and/or flexible hours, if needed • Understanding of distribution center operations • Physical demands: frequently lifting 20-50 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds, frequent bending/reaching/stooping, and constant walking/standing/lifting/pulling

Full time Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $34.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.Our people fuel our future.
