A Day in the Life of Delivery Project Manager

As a Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery by ensuring that scope, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined and achieved. You will monitor project financials by tracking project phases, aligning billing milestones, and ensuring that revenue forecasting, invoicing, and collections are accurate and up to date. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams on a daily basis, proactively removing obstacles and maintaining alignment on priorities. You will also communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates along with actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will continuously look for opportunities to optimise delivery processes, ensuring efficient execution and the consistent delivery of expected value.

Assist Pre-Sale

Managers with proposals: Collaborating with the customer to gather solution requirements. Aligning with R&D, BA Teams to finalize design and effort estimates. Providing an indicative project timeline. 2. Build a

project plan

and obtain internal and customer

approval.

Utilize PMI-recognized best practices

Ensure project progress

and tasks are completed within deadlines and provide weekly status updates internally and externally regarding project status, risks, outstanding issues, planning, scheduling, and overall implementation management. 7.

Manage client relationships

through various interactions. 8.

Influence team collaboration

by fostering cohesiveness, leading, and motivating team members to ensure cooperation, enhance project efficiency, and boost morale.

What will make you eligible for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science or IT-related discipline is required or equivalent work experience. • Basic Telephony knowledge • Fluence in English

Experience, that will be an advantage

• Management of a variety of project sizes simultaneously. • 5-8 years Project Management experience in high-tech systems implementation, managing projects from inception to completion. • Experience in Salesforce, proficiency in OpenAir, Confluence/Jira, Microsoft Suite, especially MS Project, and SharePoint and other MS Office tools. • Willingness to travel 20% to 30% of the time, including possible international travel.  • Specializing in Rating, Routing & Billing systems is a plus. • PMP Certification (PMI) is a plus.     • Other languages proficiency is a plus (i.e., Spanish, French, German, Arabic)
