Job Purpose and Impact • The Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Risk Reporting role serves as the single business owner for the Corporate Risk Reporting (CRR) platform team, responsible for defining, governing, and evolving enterprise risk reporting requirements for internal risk management users. The role ensures that business intent, risk definitions, and analytical needs are clearly articulated and translated into consistent, actionable requirements that drive the CRR solution. • This role owns the functional understanding of P&L, exposure, pricing, and end-of-day risk processes, providing authoritative interpretation of business rules, risk measures, and reporting expectations. Working closely with the CRR Development Lead, the role ensures that complex risk concepts are correctly expressed, prioritized, and validated within a database-centric reporting platform. • The position plays a critical role in partnering with risk management stakeholders, upstream source system teams, and data platform groups to align business outcomes, challenge assumptions, and ensure that CRR delivers trusted, decision-ready risk insights at an enterprise level. Key Accountabilities •

Business ownership

Acts as the single business owner for the CRR platform, accountable for defining and maintaining clear business requirements, priorities, and success criteria for enterprise risk reporting. •

Risk Requirements Definition

Leads the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements related to P&L, exposure, pricing, and operational risk reporting, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with internal risk management needs. •

Risk Risk Canonical Stewardship

Owns the business definitions and interpretation of core risk concepts and measures, ensuring consistent usage and understanding across reports, regions, and consuming teams. •

Backlog and Prioritization

Owns and manages the CRR functional backlog, working with stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and defect resolution based on business value, risk impact, and delivery feasibility. •

Business-Tech partnership

Partners closely with the CRR Development Lead and engineering teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions, providing ongoing clarification, validation, and feedback throughout the delivery lifecycle. •

Cross team collaboration

Works with upstream data, integration, and SAP teams to understand source data constraints, business process dependencies, and change impacts, ensuring CRR requirements remain realistic and aligned with enterprise processes. •

Cross-functional collaboration

Partners with Data Modelers, Data Engineers, Risk SMEs, and platform teams to ensure technical alignment, clear data lineage, and consistent interpretation of risk measures across the enterprise. •

User engagement and adoption

Engages directly with internal risk management users to gather feedback, validate reporting outputs, and drive continuous improvement of CRR usability, relevance, and trust. •

Change and impact assessment

Assesses the business impact of changes to source systems, risk methodologies, or reporting logic, ensuring implications are understood, communicated, and appropriately prioritized. •

Communication

Communicates business intent, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and transparency across the CRR ecosystem. Qualifications • Minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 8-12 years in business analysis, risk management, trading operations, or analytical roles supporting complex financial or commodity trading environments. • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering enterprise trading and risks solutions, with strong capability to bridge business and technical teams.
