Digital Product Management Server & OS

We are looking for a Technical Manager to serve as the organization's technical authority for enterprise compute platforms. You will lead the engineering strategy for both

and

environments, bridging operating system expertise with automation-first principles. In this role, you will oversee the design, automation, and operation of infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, on-premises VMware) while ensuring alignment with GxP regulatory standards and driving the organization's digital transformation journey.

Define and drive the future state of the unified platform, aligning on-premises legacy systems with scalable cloud innovation in Azure and AWS.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for

and

, including planning, hardening standards (CIS, STIG), and end-of-life migrations.

Architect robust patch management strategies using

(for Linux) and

(for Windows) to ensure content lifecycle management and strict GxP compliance reporting.

Lead the maturity of the

, overseeing the creation of sophisticated workflows for provisioning, configuration management, and orchestration across both OS families.

Drive the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using

, ensuring they are integrated with Ansible playbooks for automated OS image baking, testing, and deployment.

Champion the use of IaC principles to develop and optimize golden image pipelines across Azure, AWS, and VMware environments.

Partner with application owners, DBAs (SQL Server, Oracle), and development teams to translate complex business requirements into standardized, compliant platform capabilities.

Serve as the ultimate escalation point for critical platform issues, leading root cause analysis and driving permanent remediation for high-priority incidents.

Mentor engineers on fundamentals, automation techniques (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and troubleshooting methodologies, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments, with a deep understanding of

,

, and Computer System Validation (CSV) processes.

Extensive experience with

(EC2, Systems Manager) and

(VMs, Azure Automation, Arc).

Expert proficiency with

and

for CI/CD.

Deep understanding of Windows internals (Registry, WMI) and Linux internals (systemd, kernel parameters).

Microsoft Certified (Hybrid Administrator/Azure Administrator) or Red Hat Certified (RHCE/RHCA).

Experience with Windows Containers/Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes.
