Recovery and Resolution Planning

program across jurisdictions. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in

compliance, regulatory affairs, governance, or legal analysis

regulatory execution, documentation quality, and senior-level governance

We are excited to invite a proactive and skilled professional to join our Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) team within Corporate Treasury. This is your opportunity to contribute to a variety of regulatory initiatives and collaborate with business units worldwide. As part of the Finance division, you'll play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and advising on the Firm's financial and capital resources. Corporate Treasury is at the heart of our financial strategy, providing corporate finance advisory services to senior management and internal business units. We optimize the Firm's liquidity and capital base, manage interest rate and foreign exchange exposure, and coordinate relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors. The RRP team is essential in enhancing the Firm's resilience and resolvability across jurisdictions. clear, practical documentation in close cooperation with functional teams

• Drive

regulatory submissions and governance materials

related to Recovery & Resolution Planning • Collaborate with and influence global stakeholders across

EMEA and the US

• Maintain and enhance

frameworks, policies, controls, and remediation actions

• Drive and manage projects in response to regulatory changes • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, identify and mitigate risks proactively @@HD@@ What you'll bring to the role:@@/HD@@
