Program Support Assistant (PSA)

The Program Support Assistant works as a member of one of the Teams in the Centralized Support Division located in Overland, MO. The Program Support Assistant serves a s a primary contact for the Veteran and his/her representative or advocate for Freedom of Information (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) requests. The PSA also serves as the primary liaison for Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and Department of Defense (DOD). As a condition of employment for accepting this position, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period during which we will evaluate your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest.
