A Brief Overview

Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations. @@HD@@ What you will do@@/HD@@ • Develops, implements, and maintains enhanced user experiences and digital product governance policies and standards. • Applies in-depth knowledge to translate business needs and client needs into digital strategies and products that support clients. • Communicates the product vision, capabilities and priorities, and roadmap internally and externally. • Identifies opportunities for future digital products and client growth through gap analyses and client relationships analyses. • Coordinates with teams to develop digital products from start to finish based on client requirements. • Administers programs that elicit and elaborate requirements and provide management with a solutions strategy point of view and recommendations. • Documents findings and reports to senior management and to the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment. • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. • Conducts training for junior-level analysts and team members to ensure organizational standards and processes are followed.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years work experience in Technical Product Management • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) preferred. • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Full time Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
