@@HD@@ Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Develop a measurement strategy and collaborate with the product ownership team to define KPIs for product success • Implement user behavior tracking, utilizing creative approaches for effective data capturing • Collect business requirements for tracking and provide them to the development team • Design complex end-to-end analytics pipelines encompassing web analytics, advertising and CRM systems • Make data-based recommendations on how to improve clients' online strategy • Conduct in-depth research on various aspects of customers' online strategies • Set up and execute A/B and MVT tests: hypothesis generation, sample volume estimation, experiment planning, reporting • Build insightful automated dashboards

• Competency in SQL, R, Python • Knowledge of JavaScript • Experience in online marketing or product analytics • Skills in statistics and analytics with an ability to spot trends in data • Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
