Emerging Risk Management & Control Insights - Vice President

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry (e.g., Operational Risk/Controls, Operations, Business Management, Front Office, Compliance, Audit, or Consulting) • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • Demonstrated experience managing and responding to regulatory requests and/or supporting regulatory examinations with key regional regulators • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate risk themes, control issues, and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset; able to operate independently and drive work through ambiguity • Solid understanding of control design and execution across different processes and businesses • Analytical and investigative mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement/re-engineering skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong partnership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; collaborative team player • Experience with automation, data analytics, and/or AI-enabled solutions to improve controls, reporting, or risk identification @@HD@@ ABOUT US@@/HD@@ J.P.
