Nurse Case Management (PRC)

This position is located in the Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) department at Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana. Responsibilities include providing clinical case management for the PRC Program by coordinating healthcare services among inpatient and outpatient care teams, external healthcare providers, and the PRC Program. The incumbent works under the direction of the PRC Supervisor. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Background Investigation Requirement: This position requires successful completion of a federal background investigation as a condition of employment.
