Senior National Account Manager

We’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join our UKI team. In this role, you’ll manage the daily relationship with a portfolio of our largest restaurant partners, using data-driven insights to grow their sales and help them achieve operational excellence. You’ll be joining the National Accounts team. Working with partners of this scale means you will often tackle challenges that Deliveroo is facing for the first time, directly shaping the future of how we collaborate with the world's largest food brands. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: •

Act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of major restaurant partners, managing weekly operational meetings and high-level performance reviews. •

Monitor and analyse partner-specific goals, creating compelling narratives from complex data to show partners where and how they can improve. •

Increase revenue and health metrics by advising partners on best practices for selection, pricing, and service levels. •

Deliver in-person training sessions for key partners covering operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and on-site troubleshooting. •

Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify and prioritise growth opportunities across specific UK zones. •

Work with restaurant marketing counterparts to design and deliver campaigns that create long-term value for both the partner and Deliveroo. •

Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by involving and working with Deliveroo’s Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

Proven experience in account management or a strategic partnerships role, ideally within a high-growth technology or marketplace environment. •

The ability to manage large datasets and translate them into clear, applicable insights that drive business decisions. •

Effective relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and present confidently to senior stakeholders. •

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. •

A team player who can work across functions to deliver complex, multi-layered projects.
