Your Impact

We are seeking a strategic EMEA Sales Operations Team Lead to drive regional growth by mentoring a high-performing team and aligning go-to-market strategies with global revenue objectives. You will transform complex data into actionable intelligence for leadership while executing projects that enhance sales productivity and data integrity. By providing targeted operational support and training, you will empower our sales force with the essential tools and workflows required to excel. Ultimately, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to localize processes and foster a lasting culture of operational precision across the entire sales ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales, or business management within the SaaS or technology sector. • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity. • 2–3 years of direct experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), including dashboard and report creation. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and chart creation. • Deep familiarity with SaaS business metrics and revenue generation indicators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members. • Experience leading strategic, cross-functional projects with a focus on process improvement. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships across global and regional teams. • Self-motivated and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a constantly evolving business landscape. • Salesforce Admin experience is highly desirable.
