Tax & Accounting Process Lead

@@HD@@Location: Brno - hybrid or remote Responsibilities:@@/HD@@ Performing Finance & Accounting and Tax processes within internal and external projects Conducting data analysis and providing clear data overviews to support decision-making Participating in and leading client calls, including discussions and negotiations Active involvement in various tax-related projects Designing, implementing and driving improvements across business processes Supporting engagements related to tax processes Participation in indirect tax projects, such as tax treatment and process reviews or transitioning tax processes from the client to the outsourcing partner Actively contributing to the Continuous Improvement culture, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting best practices @@HD@@ Requirements:@@/HD@@ 4-6 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting processes, including RTR, OTC, PTP and Tax, or in a similar role Very good command of English (min. B2) - essential for client communication Very good command of Polish (min.
