Business Consultant

• Substantial experience in AECO, management consulting or business transformation, with a proven track record of independently leading complex strategy and transformation engagements • Deep expertise in at least one of the following: construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, utilities, or a closely related project-based, asset-intensive industry • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk technologies or comparable AECO tool ecosystems, with the ability to discuss capabilities, workflow fit, data, interoperability and business value. Hands-on implementation expertise is not required • Strong understanding of operating models, organizational change, governance, business cases and benefits realization • Practical understanding of data-centric workflows, enterprise systems, automation, responsible AI and technology adoption • Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional and international teams, with excellent communication and executive presentation skills • Fluent English is required.
