As the Group Director of Club of the Future, you will be at the heart of Sam's Club's omni transformation - driving the vision, strategy, and execution for what the next-generation Sam's Club will look like. Reporting to the VP of Omni Transformation, you will lead a high-performing, cross-functional team to reimagine and deliver future-ready club experiences. From digital integration and automation to operating model reinvention, this role is focused on building the blueprint for the Sam's Club of tomorrow - one that is seamless, intuitive, and transformative for members and associates alike. Champion Innovation & Automation

Identify and deploy emerging technologies and innovations that will define the club of the future, from front-end engagement to back-end operations. •

Influence Across the Enterprise

Collaborate with executives and partners across product, design, operations, and technology to drive alignment and execution. •

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in strategy, retail operations, digital transformation, or related fields. • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams. • Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills. • Retail, omni-channel, or large-scale consumer-facing industry experience strongly preferred.
