• End-to-end

@@HD@@ • Large-scale data migration & transformation@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ • Complex field mapping across multi-system dependencies@@/HD@@ • API-driven integrations & scalable ETL workflows • Governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment @@HD@@ You Should Already Have • Deep, hands-on experience with Gainsight data model + Salesforce schema@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ • Led at least 1–2 enterprise migrations@@/HD@@ (not just supported) @@HD@@ • Strong working knowledge of APIs, ETL pipelines, and integration patterns@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ • Gainsight Admin or Architect Certification (mandatory)@@/HD@@ • Clear, executive-level communication skills

• You’ve only done basic Gainsight admin work • You need step-by-step direction • You haven’t owned integration architecture decisions

• You think in systems, not tickets • You anticipate downstream impact before it happens • You can walk into ambiguity and create structure • You take pride in clean data architecture
