@@HD@@ Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Lead the global deployment of ServiceNow throughout our organization • Manage a variety of modules including ITSM, ITOM, WSD, and HRSD • Develop ServiceNow integrations with major enterprise platforms, including OKTA SSO, Salesforce, and SAP • Maintain platform consistency and oversee updates and patches • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients and other vendors to deliver holistic ServiceNow solutions
