• You're naturally curious — you don't just see numbers in a dataset, you see opportunities. • You take an entrepreneurial approach, owning your projects and getting genuinely excited about making an impact on the business. • You're eager to spot where AI and automation can create real business impact, and motivated to keep developing your skills while staying focused on solving real problems.

• A master's degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative field. • 2+ years of working experience with excellent analytical skills. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and comfortable working with databases (e.g. SQL). • Experience working with APIs. • Fluent in verbal and written English. • Based within travel distance of Eindhoven (e.g. Eindhoven, Tilburg, Den Bosch, Weert). • Experience writing excellent prompts, Claude skills, or similar is a strong plus. Deep machine learning expertise is not required — we use AI pragmatically rather than building models from scratch. • Nice-to-have: extra-curricular activities, cool tech hobby projects, or entrepreneurial endeavours.
