CHEVRON GBS BA – Contract Advisor Team Internship 2026

With more than 1,800 employees, Global Business Services - Buenos Aires (GBS BA), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, provides solutions in the areas of Finance, IT, Downstream, Human Resources, Procurement, Audit and Legal to the global organization and is launching its Internship Program.  The selected candidates will join the BASSC Contracting team.

• Supplier registration management and Supplier Due Diligence. • e-Order tracking and supplier acceptance confirmation. • Analytical support for contract planning. • Preparation of performance reports. • Electronic administration of the contract portfolio. • Assistance to the internal user in the management and contracting process. • Follow-up and control of Sector procedures. • Maintenance and organization of documents in SharePoint. • Catalog maintenance (construction of new catalogs and updating of existing ones). • Preparation of tenders, validation, and primary analysis of offers. • Control of contracts to be finalized. • Follow-up of invoices / payments. • Invoice/Payment Tracking • Price Analysis Interns will have the opportunity to be part of the Contract Advisors team, start understanding the role and its tasks, and their impact on the business. Additionally, they will have the chance to interact with requesters from different countries and regions, with diverse cultures and priorities.
