About the role
We are seeking a skilled
Project Administrator
with experience in the Marketing field for our Client, a global leader in the area of online advertising, search engine technologies and cloud computing.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Responsibilities@@/HD@@
• Plan projects within the developer community program, ensuring goals are met within established deadlines
• Define communication guidelines and produce content for community members, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing teams to measure and evaluate the community's online influence using relevant metrics and platforms
• Coordinate with the program team and internal marketing teams for consistent alignment and successful execution
• Manage project schedules and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting
• Analyze feedback and program data, preparing insights and results for presentation to the Program Lead
Requirements
• 4+ years of professional experience in program management, ideally within developer relations or tech marketing
• Background in marketing and communication principles, with an ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences
• Expertise in written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends in online influence and community engagement
• Competency in organizational and project management, maintaining multiple tasks and schedules effectively
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Medium
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
• Background in working with developer communities or open-source initiatives
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Gmail
