Senior Operations Manager Full Time St. Margaret’s, Co.Dublin, K67 P7E5 About the role: As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our site and partner closely with our 3PL provider to run a first-class operation. This isn't just about managing processes - it’s about people. You’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant, high-performing site culture, boosting team engagement while navigating a fast-paced environment. Your ultimate goal? Rallying the team to deliver an efficient, safe, and financially sharp operation. What you’ll do: • Shape the Site: Oversee our entire Production facility - including the warehouse and planning functions - with strategic oversight of our 3PL partner managing agency and hourly workforces. • Cultivate Excellence: Champion a culture of continuous improvement across safety, quality, and cost efficiency within an agile, rapidly scaling operational environment. • Align & Influence: Act as a key strategic partner to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and aligning diverse interests to deliver business objectives. • Own the Numbers: Drive site performance through critical metrics such as efficiency and error-reduction. • Connect Globally: Collaborate with your peers to establish standardisation, share best practices, and build seamless operational consistency. • Build the Future: Actively mentor, coach, and develop the team to build a strong talent pipeline and foster clear career progression. Own the Budget: Maintain full financial oversight of site expenditure, including invoice authorisation, with rigorous attention to detail and sharp numerical skills.
