The Difference You Make

The Vice President will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing LATAM-only solutions for onshore financial institutions ( banks, asset managers, insurance companied) , local sovereign/Quasi sovereign clients and offshore Latam focus Real Money/Hedge funds, with a focus on Funding, Derivatives, Rates, FX and asset side ideas. The role partners closely with Sales, Trading, and Coverage teams to deliver customized structures that address hedging, financing, and risk management objectives.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in structuring and/or markets solutions for financial institutions, sovereign clients and offshore Latam focus funds. • Demonstrated experience across Funding, Derivatives, Rates, and FX, including building and executing structured solutions. • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute accurately in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of product mechanics, pricing fundamentals, and risk considerations, with the ability to communicate clearly to internal stakeholders and senior client contacts. • Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial judgment. • High integrity, disciplined risk mindset, and strong attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required

What Else You Need To Know

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum: $225,000.00 USD Maximum: $270,000.00 USD
