Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and monitor end-to-end logistics operations • Handle complex exceptions and ensure timely resolution • Act as a key contact point to coordinate across multiple stakeholders • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions • Ensure service performance meets KPIs and customer expectations • Contribute to process optimization and operational improvements • Support junior team members and share best practices

Qualifications
