Contract Specialist (Procurement Innovation Lab)

This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL). The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a PIL Coach in a non-operational contract specialist role. The mission of the Procurement Innovation Lab is to foster a culture of procurement excellence across DHS where smart risk-taking and innovation assure DHS mission success. Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position.
