The Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the Office of General Counsel, U.S. Department of Commerce, is seeking an individual with exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills to join our team of Attorney-Advisors to provide legal and regulatory technical assistance to foreign countries and sovereign Tribes to accelerate the development of new energy and data center infrastructure, diversify energy supply chains, and advance shared prosperity. You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position. You must successfully pass a background investigation. This may include a credit check, a review of financial issues, as well as certain criminal offenses and illegal use or possession of drugs. Must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance. A trial period may be required.
