• Implement global credit policies and collections strategies across the region; • Ensure consistent application of credit frameworks across markets; • Monitor regional KPIs, credit exposure, and collections performance. •

• Act as the primary interface between global teams and markets; • Ensure policies are effectively embedded and followed locally; • Address region-specific requirements through structured policy adaptations. •

• Identify and manage regional risks and control gaps; • Escalate strategic issues and propose improvements to global leadership; • Drive issue resolution and performance improvement actions. •

• Drive process standardization and automation (SAP FSCM, credit scoring tools); • Enhance analytics-driven decision making; • Support transformation initiatives within O2C. @@HD@@ Experiences & Qualifications@@/HD@@ • University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; • 15+ years in Credit Risk / O2C / Finance;; • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, SAP-FSCM, credit frameworks, and financial analytics • Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environment is highly preferred; • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical IT requirements and business-facing customer service needs.
