You will have the chance to influence business outcomes, develop new skills, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. @@HD@@ How You'll Make an Impact@@/HD@@ • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • Analyze financial performance and explain variances against plans. • Develop financial models supporting business cases and investments. • Evaluate project profitability and financial performance. • Analyze software revenues, costs, and profitability trends. • Create reports and dashboards that support business decisions. • Monitor project costs and identify optimization opportunities. • Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities. • Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards. • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, project controlling, or related finance roles. • Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. • Knowledge of project accounting methodologies and profitability analysis. • Understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting. • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis. • Experience working with ERP systems and financial planning tools. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
