About the role

As a

Data Collection Associate I

you will work with suppliers and customer contacts to obtain copy invoices, which can come via various mechanisms, setting up on-going collection methods that minimize customer involvement and effort. Provide consolidated report showing collection status, issues and actions

What will you do?

• Collecting invoices from supplier website(s) • Collecting invoices from supplier(s) by email, where website access is not available / provided • Collecting invoices from customer portal, subject to suitability • Chasing facility contact(s) • Requesting invoices from Client

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Know and handle functions in

CBMs

and

RA.

• Knowledge of

Advanced English

• Computer literate in a Microsoft Office environment (i.e.

Word, Excel, Outlook

) • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Strong

customer service, analytical and organizational skills

• Strong

communication and composition skills

, specifically with plant and corporate level management • Be able to prioritize and manage the collection service • Ability to maintain good communication and relationship with Utilities, Suppliers and Customers. • Knowledge of invoice search methods for

Client disposition.

• Know and master the process to activate accounts for the

Data Collection service.

• Sense of Guidance for the crossing of information with vendors. • Ability to manage activities to track invoices in the system

PLUS

Educational Background

Pursuing or holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on project experience). •

Python Proficiency

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for scripting, automated data extraction, and repetitive task automation. •

ETL/ELT Concepts

Understanding of fundamental ETL/ELT pipeline concepts, data transformation logic, and data validation techniques.
