• Strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese • 4-5 years of experience in banking/finance industry, with some knowledge of capital market, banking products and Greater China financial institution markets • Strong collaborative skills and a good team player • High level of accuracy in work with attention to small details • Good time management and ability to work effectively under tight time pressure • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
