Branch Manager

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways

Drive end-to-end business performance

by owning revenue, profitability, cost control, and asset utilization across multiple branches, ensuring delivery against the Annual Operating Plan. •

Lead and align Branch Managers

to execute clear priorities across safety, customer service, and financial outcomes, strengthening consistency and accountability across locations. •

Translate strategy into execution

by developing and managing marketing, sales, and operating plans that drive sustainable growth within the region or business segment. •

Use data to optimize operations

by monitoring balanced scorecards, P&L performance, productivity, and cycle time metrics, and taking timely action to improve results. •

Strengthen customer relationships and satisfaction

by actively managing Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer feedback programs, resolving issues quickly, and expanding partnerships and alliances. •

Improve service quality and operational efficiency

by addressing warranty trends, reducing repair cycle times, and ensuring seamless coordination across service, parts, and sales functions. •

Build high-performing teams and leaders

by coaching Branch Managers, reinforcing performance expectations, and advancing employee development through structured work plans and IDPs. •

Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and responsibility

by ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while fostering community and corporate responsibility across all branches.

by coaching leaders, supporting career growth, and creating an environment where employees feel motivated, valued, and accountable for performance. •

by leveraging feedback, addressing challenges directly, and resolving issues in a way that strengthens relationships and team effectiveness. •

Champion safety, service excellence, and inclusion

by influencing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, optimizing service capability and coverage, and valuing diverse perspectives to improve outcomes.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required. • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required.

Experience

• Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.

Additional Skills/Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of operational management experience leading multi-segment service operations (Power Generation, On Highway, and Industrial (Marine and/or Rail strongly preferred) • Demonstrated experience leading large service operations teams, including technicians, supervisors, and support staff • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-segment service environments with competing customer and operational priorities • Strong track record of delivering results across key operational metrics (productivity, work in progress, financial performance, and customer satisfaction) • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Service, Parts, and Sales to drive business performance
