Management and Program Analyst

This position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Office of Human Capital Services (HCS), Workforce Planning & Strategic Analysis (WPSA) Directorate and reports to the Chief, Data Analytics. HCS provides the full range of Human Resources management services to include the development and operations of the Human Capital Data Warehouse, analyzing and reporting data to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of HCS business operations. As a condition of employment for accepting this position, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period during which we will evaluate your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest.
