Media Coordinator, Programmatic

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. @@HD@@ About the Role@@/HD@@ As Media Coordinator, Programmatic, you will execute Programmatic Online Video (OLV), Display, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and Direct Partnerships @@HD@@. What You'll Do@@/HD@@ • Operate media buying within Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and via Direct Partnerships • Manage Creative Rotation Sheets (CRS), campaign builds, traffic plans, budget implementations, quality assurance and other campaign execution tasks • Gather and analyze performance data to help inform optimizations and improvement • Understand programmatic plans to ensure tactical principles like bidding structures and audience targeting are being met • Perform daily campaign checks, optimizations and troubleshooting to ensure smooth campaign delivery • Communicate with multiple partners within the Marketing Department to ensure execution and deadlines are met • Communicate project or process issues and updates to team members • Reconcile invoices • Additional tasks may be assigned
