Sales Training Specialist

Ritchie Brothers is seeking a Sales Training Specialist who is passionate about developing high-preforming teams and driving measurable business impact. As a Sales Training Specialist, you will drive the effectiveness of our sales organization by designing and delivering innovative training programs that elevate performance and accelerate results. Working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners, you will lead initiatives that strengthen new hire onboarding while continuously advancing the development and enablement of our sales and sales support teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, coaching, and learning, and is motivated by making a tangible impact on team productivity and growth.
