Sr Operations & Logistics Manager

Develop and own the comprehensive strategy for the aggressive scaling of our business. •

Work with Policy, Legal, and Business Development teams to define strategies to expand our taxi operations. •

Develop city- and state-level strategies to scale our taxi operations, defining which levers can be used to scale and understanding what is holding growth back through root cause analysis. •

Work closely with Central Operations to deploy new Taxi specific product features within the Mexican market. •

Oversee project governance, proactively identify and unblock execution risks, and support reporting for senior leadership.

Demonstrated success in building and executing strategies to grow a product or business line at an early stage. •

A history of successfully leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs in challenging, fast-moving settings. •

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly adept at navigating and influencing internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of a program. Experience in executive-level communication is crucial. •

Ability to dive into the details and implement solutions to make the project a success, while maintaining a view of the broader strategic objectives. •

Comfortable working with complex data, generating clear root-cause analyses, and influencing critical business decisions through structured problem-solving. •

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
