Coating Technician-1

The Coating Technician - is responsible for supporting thermal spray coating operations on gas turbine components, including pre-coat and post-coat weighing and coat application processes. In addition to executing process steps safely and accurately, this role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across the line. The technician plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance. @@HD@@ Job Description@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ Key Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Perform Coat Application in accordance with approved work instructions, process standards, and engineering requirements. • Perform Mask for Coating in accordance with approved work instructions and process specifications if required. • Read and interpret work instructions and quality forms to ensure accurate coating application. • Record and maintain accurate process and measurement data as required. • Use coating equipment, weighing devices, fixtures, and hand tools safely and effectively. • Inspect parts before and after coating processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements. • Adhere to
