Social Worker - Substance Use Disorder Services

The Substance Use Disorder Services (SUDS) Social Worker will assume responsibility for the provision of psychotherapeutic services to Veterans who are admitted for substance use and co-occurring disorder rehabilitation. In this position you will interview Veterans/significant others and complete psychosocial assessments to include data pertinent to the development of an effective treatment as stipulated by standards. After meeting pre-employment requirements, candidates will receive a final job offer and start date. Onboarding tasks may continue after starting, with HR ensuring timely completion for a smooth transition into VA service.
