About the role
You will serve as a Engineering Equipment Operator. The primary purpose of this position is to operate gasoline or diesel-powered engineering and construction heavy equipment to complete a variety of Service Projects. Small to medium land management and earth moving projects within applicable specs and requirements are generally short duration, low person hour, small team, maintenance or replacement projects. Fish and Wildlife Service - Central Arkansas Refuges in Augusta, Arkansas.
Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship. Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication. Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service. You will not be appointed to the position if a verified positive drug test is received. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment. A uniform allowance will be provided. A physical examination will be required, or a statement regarding physical ability will need to be completed. You must maintain physical fitness standards throughout employment.
