Medical Support Assistant (Advanced)-Primary Care/ Mobile Medical Unit

The Advanced Medical Support Assistant is aligned under Primary Care Service at VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System (VATVCBHCS), a Level 2 Facility, whose purpose is to provide but not limited to scheduling for the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU). This position may be assigned to work at any one of several VCB sites: Corpus Christi Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), Corpus Christi West Point (CCWP), McAllen Mobile Medical Unit (MMU). You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this job. Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959. Must be proficient in written and spoken English. Must possess a valid, unrestricted State driver's license, have a safe driving record, and demonstrate that they are medically qualified to operate the appropriate motor vehicle safely. Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP).
