Job Description Summary
What You'll Do As an Aero Controls NPI Intern, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. You will focus on modernizing our simulation ecosystem, specifically addressing technical obsolescence and closing fidelity gaps to enhance operational efficiency. This role is designed for those passionate about building a strong technical culture rooted in system expertise, customer-centricity, quality, and lean methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality, adaptive project solutions.

Essential Responsibilities@@/HD@@
• Innovation & Development
Lead software development initiatives to upgrade and modernize simulation and testing capabilities.

Continuous Improvement
Maintain and refine software solutions by integrating lessons learned from previous design cycles and implementations.

Agile Execution
Leverage Agile methodologies to drive efficient, adaptive, and high-quality project delivery.

Lean Process Integration
Develop and support lean software processes to streamline workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build and sustain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to establish trust and credibility.

Communication
Provide clear, proactive project status updates to peers and leadership.
Basic Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Aerospace, Software, or related disciplines).

Programming
Demonstrated proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and principles of software architecture.
•
Simulation
Technical experience with MATLAB/Simulink and simulation platforms (e.g., Unity).
• Advanced English level, with the ability to maintain technical discussions and day-to-day communications.
