You will organize proper monitoring of accounts receivable and ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers٫ guaranteeing our revenue. A successful candidate should be highly responsible and keep close attention to detail. We also expect you to be good in supervised teamwork and able to meet tight deadlines. @@HD@@ Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Issue and distribute invoices • Process new contracts and sales • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy • Address customer complaints and questions • Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions • Assist with customer account reconciliations • Prepare and present analytical reports • Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups • Resolve any issues or mistakes • Assist with audit requests • Take part in different projects related to finance department
