Our focus is simple: move organisations from traditional CRM delivery to AI-first operating models , powered by Agentforce, automation, and intelligent workflows. To support this, we are looking for a highly experienced Agentforce Trainer / Salesforce AI Consultant to work closely with our internal team of Salesforce developers, architects, and product leaders. This is not a standard consulting role. This is about shaping how a global team thinks, designs, and delivers AI-driven Salesforce solutions. The Role You will act as a hands-on expert and trainer , delivering structured workshops and real-world guidance to enable our teams to: • Design and build Agentforce-powered AI agents • Translate business requirements into AI-driven use cases • Implement end-to-end intelligent workflows across Salesforce • Shift from traditional development to AI-first solution architecture You will play a key role in upskilling our entire Salesforce capability .
