Marketing Communication Intern (MBA)

Summary The MBA Marketing Communications Intern will support the regional marketing team in the aspects of strategic planning and marketing plan communication development , brand communication including print collateral, web content creation, social media engagement, event planning, email campaigns, presentations, etc. The intern will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across channels and deliverables are completed on time and within budget. 2. Responsibilities • Manage marketing communication materials for critical marketing communication development and initiatives • Create/update digital assets for websites and social media platforms • Work with internal and external resources to develop effective, compelling copywriting for a variety of mediums • Assist with creating agendas and preparing for meetings • Attend conferences and take notes as needed • Research industry trends and competitor activity; prepare reports summarizing findings • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, travel arrangements, and registration • Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects 3. Qualifications Required Skills: * MBA, Consulting background is preferred. • Strong writing skills and attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Concur Expense Management • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills @@HD@@ Required Skills Optional Skills .
