About The Job

The Brand Specialist will support businesses, markets, and global teams by providing key data and insights to measure and report on the performance of the Schneider Electric Brand. Acting as a Centre of Excellence for Brand Performance, this role focuses on analyzing and benchmarking key metrics to deliver clear, consistent stakeholder reporting. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical, collaborative, and adaptable skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong passion for driving brand success through data-driven insights are essential.

What You'll Do

• Regularly a nalyze brand performance metrics and KPIs across digital channels and markets using analytics tools. • Support , optimize, and critique the development of dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing metrics. • Craft clear, impactful insights from analysis and present them in a digestible, easy-to-understand format (e.g. PowerPoint) • Manage and coordinate multiple projects, including supporting markets with data queries and onboarding teams to global tracking frameworks. • Assist in benchmarking Schneider Electric's brand against competitors and industry standards. • Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights. • Conduct ad hoc market research / competitive benchmarking to analyze competitor activities and inform data-driven brand strategies. • Occasionally contribute to market research studies and its adoption across various markets • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reports by performing data clean-up and supporting country teams in submission quality and remediation. • Supporting marketing automation and segmentation efforts through data analysis.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Marketing , Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics

, or related disciplines. • A

hybrid skillset in marketing and data analytics

, with the ability to connect insights to real business and brand outcomes. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools such as

Excel

Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics , or Looker Studio

is a plus. • Strong PowerPoint skills to

effectively translate data into visually compelling and easy-to-understand insights
