Ensure strong oversight, effective resource use, and consistent project progress. •

- Oversee all technical and commercial aspects of service projects, including invoicing, cost management, expenses, and cash flow. Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and ensure lessons learned are documented and shared. •

- Ensure each project is formally and contractually closed out, and that completion is acknowledged and accepted by the customer. •

- Apply contract and claims management principles throughout the project lifecycle in line with company policies and commitments. •

- Work closely with internal and external suppliers to secure required materials, services, and equipment. •

- Act as the primary interface for customers and manage any project-related escalations with professionalism and care. •

- Develop trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners, maintaining clear communication at every stage. •

- Ensure all project activities comply with Hitachi Energy's HSE policies. •

- Evaluate equipment drawings, project schedules, HSE documentation, transmittals, reports, and all related technical materials. •
