Now, we are looking for the next level of expertise to tackle our most demanding client cases.

Do you want the influence of a Lead Developer without the "manager" title? We are looking for a

to act as a technical visionary for our clients. If you have the experience to architect complex solutions and the soft skills to mentor teams towards better delivery, this is your home. Great code is just the baseline. We are looking for consultants who understand the bottom line: experts who build robust systems and can bridge the gap between engineering complexity and business strategy.

You take ownership. You will act as the technical backbone for our clients, often in a Lead role. Your responsibilities will include: -

Building robust full-stack solutions while keeping technical debt in check. -

Guiding the client’s team and junior developers by example, not by authority. -

Justifying technical choices to the client’s business stakeholders and identifying the actual problems that need solving. -

Helping clients navigate the shift from legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments.

Deep expertise in building complex environments using modern web technologies and Public Cloud architecture. -

A proven track record of leveraging AI tools in production environments to drive measurable efficiency for the client. -

You are fast to adapt, your CV is always up to date, and you thrive in the customer interface. -

Fluent Finnish and English are absolute requirements. You need to be able to facilitate workshops and build trust in both languages. -

You understand that trust is built face-to-face. You are willing to work onsite in the Helsinki metropolitan area approx. 2 days a week.

For the high-end Senior profile we are now hiring, we target projects that enable a monthly salary between

If the project value increases or you work more, your salary reflects it immediately. No annual reviews needed.
