- Relationship management/Consultative services - Prepare and issue renewal proposal - Confirm sold proposal and plan changes - Ensure client is up to date with compliance requirements - Salesforce management - Virtual open enrollment meetings - Attend implementation calls - Stop Loss & Ad-hoc reporting @@HD@@ - Point solution upsell - May require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings Required Qualifications@@/HD@@ • 2-5 years Group Health employee benefit experience • Renewal process experience • 2-5 years Client Management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to successfully establish and maintain relationships with internal business partners (underwriting, sales, operations, business analytics, etc.) • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external business partners • Exhibit consistency in follow through on outstanding items to point of resolution • Demonstrate accuracy in information shared internally and externally • Ability to participate and/or successfully host client meetings as appropriate • Demonstrate adherence to PHI and HIPPA policies • Health/Life Major Lines Producer License (or must obtain post-hire within 90 days)
