Human Resources Specialist (Special Hiring Programs Manager)

This position is within the Bonneville Power Administration Human Resources Service Center in Talent Operations - Transmission. As the Special Hiring Programs Manager, you are the lead expert and strategist for building our future workforce. You will design and lead innovative outreach and recruitment campaigns focused on diverse talent pools, including veterans and students, to establish BPA as an employer of choice. In accordance with Executive Order 14170, applicants are encouraged to respond to four short, free-response, essay questions in the questionnaire. Answer to these questions is not scored or rated. Delegated Examining Unit certification is required to perform duties related to Pathways program oversight. Motor vehicle driving license is required to operate government vehicles for purposes of attending and transporting supplies to career fairs and other outreach events. Travels 25% - 35% on a regular basis to attend career fairs and other outreach events.
