We have a fantastic new opportunity for a UPS Engineer- UK South@@/HD@@
to join our Field Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service for Eaton installed base products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for commissioning, preventive maintenance and product repairs.

What you'll do:@@/HD@@
• Fault diagnoses on UPS systems
• Understand on-line and line-interactive UPS systems
• Carry out preventative maintenance on existing install base
• Carry out commissioning and repair on all types of UPS systems
• Setup and configure remote monitoring software
• Communicate with key stakeholders on a technical level
• Apply anti-static policies and procedures
• Apply ECN process to all repairs
Qualifications
• Previous experience in the UPS related services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex engineering challenges
• Full UK Driver's license and flexibility to travel as expected
