Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. @@HD@@ What we're looking for@@/HD@@ • Provides support to acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors, and conducts necessary research. • Supports participants through the semi-annual release process by managing and coordinating efforts. • Analyzes end-to-end transaction processing, and troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints. • Travels up to 10% of the time as required by the role. @@HD@@ Basic Qualifications@@/HD@@ • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, or Engineering or in lieu of a degree: 4 years of experience in payments or financial services. • At least 2 years of experience in payments or financial services @@HD@@ Preferred Qualification@@/HD@@ • Prior experience supporting business development teams and onboarding new franchises. • Technical aptitude related to payment systems networks, issuers, and processors. @@HD@@ Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ What you should know about how we recruit@@/HD@@ We pride ourselves on hiring the best people, not the same people.
